• If the machine needs to be moved, handle it with care. Do not move the machine when it is powered on. In the actual moving process, if the amplitude is relatively large to carry out the moving work, due to the ink in the machine, it may cause leakage.

•In the process of commissioning the inkjet machine, if the side-spraying method is used, it is recommended that the nozzle face down before starting up the ink line, so as to prevent the ink from flowing back inside the nozzle due to the ink-line not being in place. After the boot is completed, the nozzle is adjusted back to the printing position.

•When cleaning the nozzle, it is necessary to use the correct cleaning agent. If the wrong cleaning agent is used, it may flow into the ink system and mix with the ink, resulting in a chemical reaction, which is easy to block the ink line and nozzle.

•After cleaning the nozzle, dry the nozzle using a blown balloon or compressed air at low pressure. Do not use fluffy paper towels to wipe.
